There are a hundred thousand reasons to love Kerala. For me in any place where I travel, it will always be about the people, the food and finding a common sense of humour. On my whistle stop Yatra of Far Horizon India, it’s been all about that and more. The food has been beyond par in every location but since I rarely get an opportunity to cook South Indian Food, arriving in Kerala last night my biggest dilemma was what to order for breakfast! Dosa or Idli? Dosa, the crisp pancake served with spicy sambar and coconut chutney is a staple breakfast in this part of the world. Who could ask for more than this on Wanderfood Wednesday than to be cruising the backwaters of Kerala eating Dosa for breakfast?
