You can never get bored of the cuisine in India, for me it’s the Foodie Destination of the World. Vegetarianism is a majority voice in India, meat eaters have their own restaurants and we Vego’s can happily tuck into meals prepared outside the house without the fear of dead animal karma cluttering up our palates and rebirths. With a week to go before I arrive back in India, my stomach is already rumbling for food you can only really get there. My biggest frustration while I was in that gorgeous Southern State of Kerala, was that there never seemed to be enough morning to taste every breakfast dish. One of my favorites, Puttu is a traditional Keralan breakfast and like a lot of Keralan food requires special equipment to cook it with. I have made it my mission to learn the art of Keralan cookery this time in India so stay posted.
