Just in time for the holidays, today’s Recipe of the Week is a delectable drink from the US Virgin Islands. The Cruzan Colada is a cocktail made with Cruzan rum – named after the locals of St. Croix, known as Crucians. The rum is made with local sugarcane and rainwater in handmade wooden barrels, and is very unique to the US Virgin Islands. Enjoy!
