A native of Croatia and an adopted New Yorker, Anja Mutić has lived, worked and traveled on all the continents, except Antarctica. Based in Brooklyn since 1999, Anja is a professional nomad (read: travel writer) who grabs every opportunity to see more of what the world hides, be it the African clubs of Lisbon, the latest five-star resort in Mexico, the salt flats of Bolivia, the glamping hotspots of British Columbia and Montana, or the late-night tango salons in Buenos Aires. Anja’s writing has appeared in The Washington Post, ShermansTravel, BBC Travel, Time Out, Travel + Leisure, Caribbean Travel & Life, Zink Magazine, Spa Magazine, AOL Travel, Metro New York and amNew York. She has worked on ten travel guidebooks, hosted several Lonely Planet travel videos and keeps a travel blog at EverTheNomad.
