Photos: 1) School children in Bhutan; 2) in Nepal
Several years ago, we were fortunate enough to spend some time in Bhutan and Nepal. One of my favorite parts of the trip was meeting various school children along the way. In Bhutan, where by law, people must wear traditional dress, the children were shy but loved to have their photo taken. This photo captures them on the way home from school in their uniforms.
In Nepal, children followed us everywhere, curious about what we were doing. Erik attracted about 20 to 25 kids each time he changed the film in his camera. This photo was taken of those willing to stick around once the new roll was in. I love the little guy with his hand on his hip.
