It kinda doesn’t make sense… but after eating a really healthy meal at Plum Bistro, a top notch vegan restaurant in Seattle, we took a stroll down the street at the newly opened High 5 Pie shop.
This newest dessert cafe (one of many within a few blocks of each other) is owned by Fuel Coffee proprietor, Dani Cone. It ain’t your usual pie fair, however. In addition to the usual suspects, like the chocolate pie above, they also feature:
* Piepops to go
* Handheld turnovers
* Mini pies and mini pie bites
* Deep dish pies
* And, of course, ice cream!
* (Oh, and they have gluten-free options, too!)
It’s a great neighborhood to have dinner and then end up at High 5. Here’s how to find them:
