Chocolate covered Strawberries


I have to admit that after 5 weeks of being away from home, and much of that time spent in India, I’m actually a little tired of Indian food. I didn’t think it could happen – but it did. Perhaps I just need a little break.

And with that thought, as I was looking through my food images for WanderFood Wednesday, I came across the most anti-Indian pic I could find. Chocolate covered strawberries.

I actually helped make these as part of a cooking class I took at the Aerie Resort on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. In theory, I could make these again. If I wanted to. Maybe the pilgrims ate these…
