Jon loves creme brulee. And for Thanksgiving he decided that we would make this dessert as our contribution for dinner at our friends’ home. Given that Jon spends little time in the kitchen, he was a bit intimidated by the process but he quickly found out just how simple this recipe is.
I was trying to create a fancy decoration with raspberry sauce on top but it was too thin to do much with. Everyone wanted to know what the “v” represented. I don’t recommend this on your creme brulee 🙂
