While I’ve learned to not mind cooking, I’m still working on my presentation. Even when I have friends over, I am definitely concentrating more on getting the meal right, rather than making it look pretty.
This was a rare occasion where I was able to serve up a tasty meal and it was rather lovely, if I do say so myself. Yeah, I know, the plates had a lot to do with it. But still…
The above plates are filled with braised tofu with ginger, sweet potatoes (one baked, one baked and mashed) and asparagus. It does make me hungry just looking at it!
