It ain’t fancy but it is delicious. That’s the kind of food you’ll find at the One World Cafe in Salt Lake City.
I read about this little hole-in-the-world in one of the daily newspapers printed for the Outdoor Retailer Show a couple of summers ago. I’m headed back to SLC for the Winter show and I’m going to be sure to swing by this little place again.
The One World Cafe is a pay-what-you-can cafe. It’s their way of fighting world hunger. They use organic, unprocessed foods and everything is served up fresh, buffet style. Pay a buck, pay ten. It’s up to you!
In SLC, you can find them (and me) at:
41 South 300 East
SLC
It is within walking distance of the Salt Palace, but give yourself some time to get there as it’s not super close.
