These are vegetarian momos from the Annapurna Cafe in Seattle. Oh, Heavens to Betsy. It’s only been a few days since I ate this meal and I’m already dying for it all over again. The momos were served with three different sauces in varying degrees of hotness.
And this is their vegetarian thali plate, complete with palak paneer (spinach and cheese), pokoras, basmati rice and some naan.
The Annapurna Cafe is a tiny little restaurant in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. It’s a basement restaurant and given this nondescript location, it’s amazing they’ve managed to stay in business. But, they have. No doubt making up for their lack of windows with their amazing food (and the Bollywood music that played while we ate).
