Wishing you all a very happy new year! 2013 was a spectacular year for me when it came to hiking and nature. Highlights included hiking on snow-covered trails in Grand Canyon National Park (Arizona, USA) driving a ridiculously rough and bumpy road to Racetrack Playa in Death Valley National Park (Nevada, USA) and hiking in the stunning glacier landscape of two gorgeous parks of Canada – Banff & Jasper National Parks (Alberta, Canada).
