WanderFood Wednesday: Mini No-Meat Burgers

I’m not sure how much more non-meat-friendly you can get than making a vegetarian burger the size of your thumbnail.

Well, this isn’t THAT small… but it’s tiny. Definitely in the 2-3 bite range.

This is a veggie burger served at Mision 19 Restaurant in Tijuana. You know, the restaurant that I raved about when Rick Bayless showed up for filming.

I know you’re not jealous about the burger (though it WAS good) but you are totally jealous about Rick
