I recently visited the island of Barbados. It’s a beautiful island so today I’m sharing some of my favorite photos with you.

Islands and travel are two of my greatest passions. Ten years of my life was spent living and working overseas, six of those years on islands in the pacific. My travels have taken me through the Pacific islands, Asia and Europe.
I recognize that the world is filled with many amazing places and diverse cultures to explore. Even after ten years of travel I feel there is so much of the world left to see. My other passions include writing, living near the ocean and helping people heal. Lovely photos! The ones that especially call to me are of the flower which makes me want to inhale its fragrance, and the lounge chairs and umbrella with a view to the sea. Ahhh . . . Sounds like you had a great trip!

Wow! I’ve never bern to Barbados but I’m adding it to my list now. It looks amazing!
My parents took me to Barbados when I was really young and these photos are wishing I had been there when I was older… maybe a trip is needed!
