The picturesque beauty of New England is at its finest during the fall season. The changing colors of the leaves stops me in my tracks, demanding that I admire and appreciate their beautiful transformation. Simply put, these deciduous trees are delightful to look at.
I’m not the only one who loves this time of year; in 2010 it was estimated that 133,000 people visited New England to look at the fall foliage. This means big business for Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine. Let’s face it folks, you can only sell so much maple syrup. 🙂 Here are a couple of my favorite shots from my past weekend trip up to Burlington, Vermont.
