Now that I’m back in New York City and settling into my new neighborhood in Brooklyn, it’s time to sign off blog writing. From this point, the journey is a little more personal. What do I take away from my time in Argentina and India? How do I steer my career to international development? What did the relationships mean? The sights, sounds, and adventures – good and bad? How can I continue to make voluntouring a part of my life? Where will the next trip be? These aren’t easy questions and I imagine it will take some time to process everything.
Whether you’ve read A Broad Volunteers since I started writing last August – or just read a few posts here and there – THANK YOU! I’ve loved your comments and feedback and am thrilled so many of you stayed with me through these adventures.
I am VERY excited to report that the blog will continue in the capable hands of a new Wanderblogger, Charyn, who will begin documenting her volunteer experiences using this forum. International volunteering is an important topic and I am happy to see the blog I started on Wanderlust & Lipstick live on. Welcome Charyn!
Please do keep in touch. 🙂
