This beautiful food cart has had several overnight parking spaces on our street. We have yet to see it in use, but it’s a good example of the food carts found along the waterfront or on the plaza.

Although it may not technically be considered “street food”, my favorite cart this week (so far) has fresh coconuts they chop open on the spot, offering a blissful, healthy drink I carry through the streets in the late afternoon.

that cart is the regular churro cart seen nightly in front of the super!! best to go early when the oil is hot and fresh!

Yes! We finally figured it out & realized we had already eaten late night churros there! Great tip about going early; our churros were a bit hard. Miss you & the island mucho!
