Endolyne Joe’s is a pretty straight shot south of our house in West Seattle. But we don’t always think of it as a place to dine because many of their plates are meat-based. Every month or so, however, they change out their theme and feature cuisine influenced from other parts of the U.S. or around the world.
On a whim, the hub and I made our way down there on Sunday morning for breakfast. We arrived early, at about 8:30. Thank goodness ’cause the place was packed just 15 minutes later (who knew Seattleites were early Sunday risers?).
This month is Brazil month! One of their specials was this fantastically yummy French toast slathered in coconut syrup and topped with grilled pineapple. After dining at a new West Seattle restaurant the previous week where the French toast left me starving for more food, I was happy that this plate filled me up – and then some.
