On my recent visit to Vancouver, B.C., I was strolling though downtown one evening when I came upon this:
These guerilla street artists were moving quickly to finish their installment and scoot out of there, but it was already turning the heads of passer-bys like me.
I love how street art immediately connects you to the living, breathing population of a place. Whether it’s used for social commentary, or just as an anonymous creative statement, finding street art in the places you travel is like being invited to an exclusive local party. And it almost always makes you smile.
