Lauren Van Mullem is a freelance writer in Southern California who started her career by interning for Peter Greenberg, the travel editor of NBC’s Today show. Since then she has made her living ghostwriting for over a dozen entrepreneurs, writing freelance food and travel articles for newspapers, magazines, and online publications, as well as creating website copy for a wide variety of businesses. Her most recent bylined short story was published in the 2013 book Emails From India: Women Write Home.
Lauren is the co-founder of CopyMuse, a growing company of professional copywriters specializing in on-page SEO. She blogs about her global culinary adventures at WanderFood, and firmly believes in the transformative power of travelling solo, especially in good company.
