The biggest issue when it comes to packing seems to be how to carry more than one pair of shoes, no matter the length of a trip.
My rule of thumb is to never have more than 2 pairs for any given adventure – one on my feet and one packed up in my luggage.
The trick is finding shoes that are comfortable, somewhat stylish, yet easy to pack.
Cushe’s got a full line of such shoes including the Endless Rush (pictured).
The easy slip-on/slip-off shoes feature a leather upper with elastic in-step straps. Comfort-wise, these have worked well for me, whether I’m taking long walks or wearing them during a long flight. But best of all, they take up little space in my 22″ carry-on bag.
The Endless Rush shoes have very special detailing on the bottom, and if I had known about this cool detail of Amelia Earhart (at least that’s who I believe it is), I would have picked up a pair of these far sooner than I did.
As coincidence would have it, Naomi over at WanderFeet has a recommendation for her favorite Cushe shoe, the Mia Sling.
Whichever Cushe you choose, you’re definitely in good hands, er, feet, when it comes to packing.

Travel Well,
Beth
