Tops from Moving Comfort | Wanderlust and Lipstick

For Christmas, I bought Jon a copy of 60 Hikes Within 60 Miles: Seattle. Although we live in a gorgeous part of the world, we don’t take enough time to enjoy it so we made a commitment to head out for at least 6 hikes this summer (one down).

My wardrobe is far better suited to travel (think: funky clothes purchased in Asia) but I recently tested out some tops from Moving Comfort that are very suitable for hiking both near and far!

The first item is the Excursion Long Sleeve T (pictured above). This is made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex, so it comfortably stretches when you’re out exercising. The fabric is very soft and the shirt is tight around the waist so it’s quite a nice form-fitting top. It’s available in both Ocean and Salsa (red) and retails on the Moving Comfort site for $48.

The other top that’s now in my wardrobe is the Excursion Hoody. Though these 2 styles are somewhat similar, the hoody has some extra features that I really like. For one, it has a hood . But it’s the fact that with the extra material at the top, it keeps my neck warm even when I’m not wearing the hood over my head.

The material is 100% polyester. While the outside is a breathable mesh, the inside is warm against the body. There’s also a kangaroo pocket in the front and a drawstring for the hood. This one is available in Lava, Sky and Salsa and retails for $65.

Both of these shirts are great for cool morning walks or hikes before the sun has time to warm up your summer day.
