While in India, it wasn’t appropriate for me to wear shorts in public. Instead, I wore these pants (which are infused with a mosquito repellent!). In the privacy of my guest house’s backyard, I could unzip the lower portion on warm days and sun myself – feeling the warmth on my legs when they hadn’t seen the sun in weeks, despite the oppressive heat that was bearing down.
The material is moisture wicking and the pants have plenty of pockets that zip shut to thwart potential thieves. They’re completely comfortable as well. Though you probably wouldn’t want to hike the Alps in them, they are great for moderate and warm climates.
