Lero Lero by Louisa Maita
Some of my very favorite music comes from Brazil. I love the complicated melding of beats and the sultry rhythms. Luisa Maita’s new Lero Lero is no exception. After writing for and collaborating with a number of Brazilian singers and musicians, this is Luisa’s first solo album. It’s a mellow blend of samba and bossa nova with a dash of jazz.
