I planned a last minute trip to San Diego this past weekend to attend the Travel Goods Show, a yearly event that is meant to highlight the latest and greatest goods in the travel industry.
(Check out my blog about how I got a great deal on airfare and car rental.)
The show was far smaller than I anticipated but I came across some interesting new products. There are two that come to mind immediately.
First, the anti-rfid passport holder from Kena Kai. The classy leather holders are designed to prevent identity theft and tracking now that the new passports (as well as credit cards) are outfitted with RFID tags. Keep your identity protected by slipping your passport and credit cards into one of their beautiful leather holders.

Second, I was so excited to discover these interchangeable shoes from Onesole. I have been searching for a fun pair of shoes that shout TRAVEL! I suppose shoes covered in globes or travel scenes aren’t all the rage anywhere other than in Beth’s world. But, Onesole has created some super comfy shoes that not only allow you to transfer your own photo onto the interchangeable tops but they also have a number of already available tops that indeed scream TRAVEL! Here’s a sampling of some fun designs.

I’ll be writing more about these and other products but in the meantime I couldn’t contain myself about these couple of items.

I cannot wait to try these! I’m so glad we have a local store that carries them. Thanks for the tip!
