Photo of the Day: Asian Flowers
I’m so predictable. Or perhaps I just know what I like.
As I was sorting through some images, I kept finding similar photos from different countries. The above was taken in Bhutan, in a hotel lobby. I just loved the composition of these three flowers floating in the water.
These are lotus flowers floating in a large pot in Bangkok. I captured this at a temple.
Same same but different. This was also taken in a hotel lobby in Bhutan. So vibrant!

So elegant and simple. I can see why you would be drawn to them again and again. I would be, too.
So simple and SO pretty!
: )
BEAUTIFUL! put mine to shame.
Beauty and perfection, captured, especially in the first photograph.
OH.. It’s so beautiful that at first glance I thought it wasn’t real. So colorful!
These are very nice Beth. I’m trying to do some macro stuff but I just can’t make the time.
I like these types of shots where you take just a portion of something…so the final photo has a somewhat abstract quality about it.
Such a simple idea, to take some beautiful flowers
Gorgeous! I particularly like the first image. Ciao!
Flowers bring everything color and life. They are beautiful!
