Ommmm. Yoga for your iPod!

October 24th, 2006

My biggest complaint with travel (OK, it is such a minor complaint compared to the benefits of travel) is that I’m out of my normal routine. I eat more when I’m traveling and I don’t exercise as much. Those two don’t go together too well. What better way to travel than to be able to take your exercise routine with you!

Yogadownload.com recently launched a complete virtual yoga studio to go. What a brilliant idea. Now, when you’re on the road, you can take your exercise routine with you!

“Classes” range in price from $1.95 to $5.95 and can be played for an unlimited number of times once purchased. There’s even a free 20 minute class so that you can test the waters before making a purchase.

Classes range from relaxation to power yoga with a wide range in between.

You know you’re going to carry that iPod with you when you travel, why not put it to a healthy use and download a yoga class!

Happy Travels!

Great find Beth. Yoga for the iPod makes a lot of sense to me. I was a little disappointed though, I was hoping that the website would have video content as well. I don’t have enough familiarity with yoga positions to follow along with only audio cues. Maybe in the future they will have this as video content, but I didn’t see it while I was cruising around their site.
