Pisco, a grape based brandy popular in Peru and Chile, makes a great neutral spirit to experiment with for summertime cocktails. The Sweet Sofi cocktail, with citrus flavor notes swirled with the sweetness of pineapple, makes it ideal for the poolside parties. Instead of serving up a basic Vodka cocktail at your next soiree, get a little punchy with these Pisco cocktail recipes.
