Agedashi Tofu

Agedashi Tofu

I’m becoming a bit more of a Japanese cuisine fan and have been lately taste testing more than just miso soup and California rolls.

I recently discovered Agedashi Tofu. This is a very lightly fried tofu that’s often served in a little soy sauce with a few fried spring onions on top. Though I generally like my tofu a bit firmer than how this is usually served, I still think it’s a great alternative to sushi.
