I’m a big flan fan. I was therefore delighted when this was served for dessert at the Mai Chau Lodge in the countryside outside of Hanoi.
It was actually so large that I couldn’t finish it!

First off, my apologies for the double link with Mr. Linky. I didn’t mean to do that, but I was distracted by that gorgeous flan! I’m very excited to be a part of Wanderfood Wednesdays.
Hi! This is my first time adding a link to Wanderfood Wednesday. I hope it works.
Thanks for the opportunity to participate.
That flan looks amazing!
Yumm! Flan is one of the dishes I miss from my sojourn to the US. Curiously, I’ve only tried Mexican flans before, never in Hanoi! Was there much difference in taste? Or was it the same sweet goodness as always?
YUM!! i love flan.
