WanderFood Wednesday: Veggie Burger – India-style

Now THAT’s what you call a veggie burger. Not sure if there was special sauce on this, but there was certainly some special glaze on the bun.
I found this big snack along a tight alleyway in Pushkar, India. Hindus don’t eat beef, so you won’t find any cow-patties on their burgers, but there are LOTS of veggies!
