WanderFood Wednesday: Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving this year was especially amazing. We enjoyed more than our fair share of food at our friend’s home. I completely indulged with no guilt (but veggie-fasted on Friday!).

Rather than turkey, I ate mushroom ravioli, surrounded by veggie stuffing, salad, potatoes and cranberry relish.

Like many ovens all over the country, there was barely enough room for everything. While the turkey was cooling, the cranberry crumble dessert and the stuffing cooked.

And after dinner we all dove into a game of dice.
