WanderFood Wednesday: Luau Plate

I’m not sure that I’ve ever eaten a more colorful plate of food anywhere.
This was a plate of buffet items that I served up for myself at the nightly Luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Oahu. With pig being the main course, this was definitely the place for meat lovers, but there was plenty for we veggies.
In addition to the salad and fruit, the color comes from the island’s purple sweet potatoes.

Wow! Super colorful and it looks just lovely. I’m a veggie too, so this is just great to see when the main attractions are for meat lovers.
