Breakfast at Anthony's

Sea-Tac Airport got a major facelift a few years ago. As a result it’s really not so bad to hang out there after you’ve arrived early in anticipation of long security lines that seem to not be such an issue these days.

I don’t often indulge in a meal at the airport, but on this occasion, I enjoyed breakfast at Anthony’s Restaurant.

This is an English muffin topped with tiny shrimp, tomatoes and cheese, accompanied by potatoes and fruit. It looked better on the menu than it was in my stomach, but then I always feel that way after a heavy meal – particularly right before getting on a long international flight!

I like the breakfast taco there! Yummy bacon and egg goodness in a tortilla—and it’s made right in front of you so you know it’s fresh.
