About Rachel Staggs - Travel Tracks

Rachel Staggs · Blog

Texas musician and photographer Rachel Staggs has been traveling to perform, create, and record music most of her life. With Travel Tracks, she shares her experiences as a touring musician, promoter, booking agent, travel planner, navigator, and all around DIY band leader. Jump into the passenger seat and see what it's like to be immersed in a new culture as a performer.

Rachel is a classically trained musician who now makes lo-fi psychedelic indie pop with her husband in the band All in the Golden Afternoon and on her own under the moniker, Rachel Goldstar.

She has been exploring the art of medium format photography for 15 years and takes as many as seven cameras on her travels.

When she's not sharing tour stories, she's seeking eye candy from Maine to Mexico to capture on film.
