Photo of the Day: Isla Mujeres – Street Photography: Getting Caught
Remember that food cart I took a photo of late at night that was parked on our street? Well, turns out I took a photo of it our first night on the island. It’s a churros stand! I wanted to capture nightlife on the plaza and took a quick shot as I was passing by. If you look closely, you’ll see I got caught!
Omg, real streetfood Non-Disneyland Churros? Are they good?
Real street food churros! Yes, they were great! I didn’t eat them quick enough though. They got hard pretty fast (late at night), but I got a local tip that it’s best to go early, when the oil is fresh! They seemed to set up just before sunset.
