		<description>They used to melt the stuff down, but now they apparently turn it over to the state&#039;s surplus property division, where you could claim it, or more often where your Swiss Army knife sits around until it&#039;s sold off at auction. You could have bought 50 knives for $250 in Kentucky for example. Glad you&#039;re still blogging, it&#039;s good reading.</description>
