[Not so] still life with chair
Becoming a mom has been a good reminder of the many things we adults can do. Brushing our teeth, holding a spoon…or sitting in a chair. All these skills, learned so long ago. It’s hard to remember not being able to do them at all. Watching Baby Bird try to figure it out, helps me realize how much we take for granted.

She’s better at chairs with a back, like this one. Otherwise, sometime the feet end up our the back side!

Treasure these moments as they grow up so fast. My four are at high school or moved out of home. What a beautiful bub and series of photos you’ve got hear.
It is already going fast, Tracey! It just seems like yesterday that she was learning to walk or saying her first words!
Good sturdy chair! I was expecting the last photo to show capsized Adirondack chair and tearful Baby Bird.
I took a few of those capsized tearful shots when she attempted the mini-rocking chair in the living room, but figured I’d stick with the “happy ending” for the post
