Spring is sprung

Spring is sprung, the grass is ris.
I wonders where the birdies is?
They say the birds is on the wing.
Ain’t that absurd?
I always thought the wing was on the bird.

I hope spring is in the air but I’m afraid Mother Nature may still have some winter in store for us. Love the pics – particularly the robin in the birdbath!

True that, Lisa. It was a glorious day of spring though, and as a Seattlite, I know that’s all I may get!

It’s been feeling like spring for a while in Texas now, but I bet
we will have winter around about Easter. Love the bird pictures!

Not sure the origin of the poem. Some say E.E. Cummings; others say Ogden Nash, but most it’s attributed to “anonymous.” Yes, Bushtits. Tee-hee-hee.
