We’re having a warm spell here in Boston and I’m loving the sunshine. I’m reminded that we’re on the cusp of springtime, where the earth seems to come alive after it’s winter slumber. It can’t come soon enough if you ask me. Come early Spring! Hurry up!
I couldn’t say it better myself…
Don’t get tired. Great excitement is awaiting. For me there are adventures to come including whitewater rafting…
I will be most certainly doing at least one thing everyday that scares me. This was on the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon a few years back, in April of 2010. The first major rapid, House Rock, is quite intimidating. But SO MUCH FUN!
I’m also looking forward to more peaceful times enjoying the outdoors. Here’s a shot from last summer when I was guiding up in British Columbia on the Chilko Lake. Such a special place, and one that my company, ROAM Adventures, had almost all to ourselves and our guests. You can read more about my time up in Chilko Lake here.
So clean out the cobwebs from your springtime gear, open the boxes of dresses and capris, start making plans on your calendar, because it’s coming. Spring has almost sprung and I for one am absolutely giddy at the news.
What are you looking forward to this new season?
Adventure On,
Joslin
