Check out this local catch of fresh lobster, which was part of opening day of the Lobster Festival on Caye Caulker, in Belize. They even had a parade! Catch, clean, cook, consume. You can be sure I partook of this delicious crustacean later in the evening. Mmmmmm…lobster!
