If you’re looking for an island style treat that is simple and delicious check out this tasty four ingredient tropical honey dew melon salad.
1/2 of a honey dew melon
1 large sprig of fresh rosemary
The juice of two limes
Honey or agave nectar to taste.

Simply cut half of a honey dew melon into chunks and tear a large sprig of fresh rosemary into small pieces and toss it with your melon. Next add fresh lime juice to the fruit. Drizzle honey or agave nectar over the fruit mixture. My suggestion would be to add the lime and other ingredients and let it sit five minutes for the flavors to combine before tasting, then adjust and add more lime or agave as needed. This salad is simple and exquisite! The lime and rosemary with the honey dew give a real island style taste!Tropical Melon Salad

I would never think of mixing honeydew melon with rosemary, that’s an interesting idea.

This is a really interesting mix. I’ve seen a number of recipes lately for watermelon mixed with a soft cheese, I wonder if this would work with honey dew…
