This morning, I left the Bay Area at 6 a.m. on a flight to Washington, D.C. via Salt Lake City.
I AM a morning person, but getting up at 3:30 wasn’t very pleasant. Luckily, I had some spectacular views of Utah’s mountain ranges just as the sun was coming up.
If you’re in D.C., swing by the Convention Center. I’m speaking on Saturday at 11:45 as part of the Adventures in Travel Expo.
Travel well!
Beth

I’m with you on the early-morning stuff…urgh…but you sometimes -do- get great shots like this, making it at least a little worthwhile, eh?

Beautiful! We saw these same mountains when we stopped in Utah in November on our open ended world tour. I had not realized they were so lovely.
Have fun at the travel expo!
