This weekend I’m headed to The Big Apple to speak at the New York Times Travel Show at the Jacob Javits Center. I’m so excited!
Not only will I be surrounded by all things travel but I’ll be sitting on a panel with some wonderful folks in the travel biz, including Lea Lane who wrote Solo Traveler: Tales and Tips for Great Trips.
Max Hartshorne, who started GoNomad, will also be a speaker in another session, talking about breaking in to travel writing. And the folks from Seattle-based Crooked Trails will be encouraging their audience to think about eco-friendly travel.
I’m going to step out of the Javits Center for lunch to join Anne Campbell the ShipCritic Blogger.
And, I’ve got some new friends who’ll be stopping in to say hello, like Nina, who loves India and writes about life and travels at Happily Unmarried Ever After.
PLEASE stop in to see me if you’re in NYC this weekend and let me know you’re a Wanderluster!
