If you’re looking for ways to get yourself organized for your travels, take a look at the wide range of products from Baggallini. These folks have pouches, purses, luggage, totes and wallets that help you keep your stuff organized.
I can’t tell you why it took me so long to get myself some Baggallini travel organizers but I finally had a chance to test out a couple of items on my most recent trip to Bhutan and Bali.
Baggallini Travel Organizer
I’ll start with the Travel Organizer because I used this almost every day.
This RFID-blocking organizer can hold your passport, credit cards and paperwork. But the most useful features for me were the zippered pockets (one interior, one exterior) that allowed me to keep money from several countries (US, Thailand, Bhutan and Bali) separated.
I kept my passport in the front pocket you see pictured in the front of the organizer and, despite not having a zipper or Velcro, it stayed securely inside.
Although this is rather slim for all the organizational pockets, I found it too bulky to wear under my clothes and it isn’t something I’d leave dangling around my neck so I took off the neck strap and just used this as a wallet.
Central Pouch
I found the Central Pouch to be useful in a way I wouldn’t have anticipated. Normally I don’t check a bag when I travel which means I have to keep my toiletries in a clear case in order to go through security. But on this extended trip to multiple destinations and extreme weather conditions, I found myself packing more than usual so checked a bag with my toiletries.
But because of the long flight to and from Bangkok, I still wanted access to some toiletries. I found the Central Pouch to be just the right size for a toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush and deodorant. I was able to slip this into my daybag and have easy access to it.
Available on Amazon starting at $14.
Overall, Baggallini’s doing some great things in terms of making travel organization easy. Other than RFID technology, you won’t find safety features (slashproof handles, for example), that you might find with some other brands, but they can’t be beat for creating a wide range of products that are really appealing for women.
Travel Well,
Beth
